Beginner’s guide – First time using this site
In order to get the best price and best service, we recommend that you register as a member of the website and start your shopping experience when you log in to this website for the first time.
Registration:
- Click on the register button at the top right corner of the website
- When registering, please remember to register our username and password and fill in the real usable email address, which will facilitate us to follow up on your order and complete after-sales service.
Currency:
You can change the currency by clicking the dropdown in the top right corner of the page
Shopping and Ordering:
Once you have completed the user registration, you can start shopping!
- You can search for specific items you want by typing in the search bar. Alternatively, you can find the brand you want using the drop down or click the category you want using the navigation bar.
- When you select a product and enter the specific page, the left side displays an image of the product and the right side has an in-depth product description, product name, inventory balance, and price. If you want to purchase this item, you can modify the quantity and add it to your shopping cart.
- After you have selected and placed the product you want to purchase into your shopping cart, you can add more items by returning to the search or head to the checkout by clicking on the shopping cart. Once at the checkout you can still modify the quantity and delete items from your shopping cart.
- Once you are happy with the items and quantities you have selected, you can proceed to the delivery instructions.
- If you choose domestic direct mail, please fill in the valid recipient address in China in the consignee information, the system will automatically calculate the shipping company’s shipping amount. If you want New Zealand local delivery, please modify the consignee information to change for a valid address in New Zealand, the price of the item will automatically change from the direct mail price in China to the local price.
- All costs of the courier company will be clearly reflected in the delivery method.
- Your payment can be directly remitted to us through the bank account of China or New Zealand and can also be transferred to us via Alipay.
- Once you have finally confirmed that all the information is correct, you can complete the order.
- Please be aware that when you pay us, please be sure to indicate your order number, so that we can confirm your payment and process your order as soon as possible. You can go to your account to see the details of your order.
Package service:
- We are currently providing you with quality packaging services. For all direct mail parcel shipments or customs clearance, please refer to the specific requirements of the courier company.
- If you have different recipients, make sure that one order has one mailing address and multiple addresses have multiple orders.
- After confirming your order, it will take one to two business days to complete the package service for you. Please be patient.
- After the packaging of your order, it will take 10-15 business days for your order to be delivered.
- After delivery, we will send a final confirmation email with the order number, purchase product and price details.
- If the package is lost, damaged or deteriorated after it arrives at the destination, we will assist you to contact the courier company.

Is it normal for the colour of the health care product to be slightly different from that of my previous order?
Our products are pure natural health products. The colour of each batch will be slightly different, which is normal and does not affect the use.
Why is the product packaging different from what I bought before?
Manufacturers can change the product packaging from time to time, which is normal. In addition, there may be some regional differences in the packaging of some products. Although the brand and products are the same, the packaging may be slightly different. We aim to keep our product images as up to date as possible.
Am I able to track my order once it has dispatched?
Yes, the email notifying you that the order has been dispatched will contain a tracking number. The tracking number will also be available under the “my orders” section of your account.
How much do I pay for Shipping?
When submitting an order, the system will automatically select the local delivery courier for you. The shipping cost of the shipped in New Zealand is $6 NZD/kg. The minimum standard of 1kg is charged for shipping.
